A hammer mill is used either as a primary cruser to reduce material to minus 25mm or as a secondary crusher to reduce crushed product to minus 2mm size. As a primary crusher,it can handle asbestos rock,gypsum,phosphates etc. While as a secondary crusher,it is used for limes tone,gravel etc. Standrard sizes range from 500mm x 400mm to 1050mm x 1500mm giving a capacity upto 200 TPH.
