The group has a well-staffed design office headed by design engineer with more than a decade’s experience. Experienced draftsmen staff the drawing office and detailed manufacturing drawings are made here. Mostly Indian standards are specified and in special cases as per customers’ request DIN or BS are also specified.

The drawing office also prepares details of layout of complete plants with details of foundation etc. to facilitate the manufacture and erection of complete plants.

INSPECTION FACILITY

The unit has the necessary inspection and testing facility for dimension, capacity etc. The inspection department is very stringent & well staffed by dedicated engineers and the unit can proudly claim that there is hardly any complaint from our valuable clients regarding performance of the equipment or plants supplied.

DEMONSTRATION SET UP

This set up is for testing equipments to help the customers in choice of crushing unit as all the material have different characteristics & each material is subjected to different impact to get the desired result depending on feed size, hardness, abrasiveness, moisture content, output and fineness required.

The customer brings the input material and this is tried in various crushers available with us in different capacities to get the desired output. As various types of crushers are available at the same place the customer can satisfy himself in the choice of equipment.

MARKETING SET UP

The marketing is taken by our marketing executives headed by our director on final stages. The company has a fixed budget for giving advertisements in various reputed magazines, papers & organizations.

SUB CONTRACTING FACILITY

As the group is situated in the well developed industrial zone of Ahmedabad, a good net work of subcontractors are established for speedy execution of orders. Facilities include all machinery’s required for fabrication & machining and the strength of the unit depends on good relationship developed over years with the subcontractors who are paid better than market rates and well in time. The unit not only believes in keeping customers happy but also the suppliers happy.
